Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a healthy work environment.
- Conduct employee engagement programs, surveys, and welfare activities.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Arrange workshops for medical and non-medical staff.
- Monitor performance and suggest career growth plans.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, HR regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Maintain employee records as per healthcare industry requirements.
- Handle payroll compliance, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Provide feedback to employees and suggest performance improvement plans.
- Support department heads in goal-setting and competency mapping.
- Oversee salary processing, incentives, and benefits.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely payroll execution.
- Handle compensation benchmarking and salary revisions.
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and HRMIS systems.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.
- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.
- Manage shift planning and workforce allocation for medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for smooth HR operations.
