Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tie-Up Executive / Corporate Relations Executive to support the expansion of our multi-centre oncology and chemotherapy network. The role will focus on developing relationships with corporates, factories, IT companies, hospitals, nursing homes, NGOs, insurance partners, and referral institutions.
The candidate should have prior healthcare business development or hospital tie-up experience and should be comfortable with field visits, corporate meetings, referral generation, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate employers, HR teams, admin managers, and medical officers
- Develop tie-ups with factories, industrial parks, IT companies, schools, colleges, NGOs, trusts, and institutions
- Generate referrals for consultations, chemotherapy, diagnostics, surgery, and radiation therapy
- Coordinate and conduct employee health camps, awareness sessions, screening camps, and CSR programs
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, labs, and doctors
- Support TPA, insurance, and institutional partnership activities
- Track all meetings, follow-ups, referrals, and conversion status in CRM
- Coordinate with centre managers and doctors for corporate programs and outreach activities
- Achieve monthly targets for tie-ups, meetings, referrals, and revenue generation
- Identify new business opportunities across Chennai and surrounding districts
- Maintain strong local market intelligence on competitors, referral sources, and corporate opportunities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or institutional sales
- Ability to independently handle field visits and corporate meetings
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, email, and PowerPoint
- Strong follow-up and reporting discipline
- Tamil and English speaking ability required
Preferred Background:
- Experience in hospitals, diagnostics chains, IVF centres, dialysis centres, oncology centres, or insurance TPAs
- Existing network with HR managers, corporate admins, hospitals, nursing homes, labs, and doctors is preferred
- Prior experience in Chennai healthcare market is strongly preferred
Qualification:
- Any graduate
- MBA / Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred
