Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills along with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and industrial markets.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, networking, and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings whenever required.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Prepare MIS reports and sales performance reports.
