Job Summary
A Sales Support Engineer provides technical and administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for order execution.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical specifications.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.
- Assist in order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales support activities.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Participate in technical discussions, product presentations, and customer meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
- Good technical understanding of industrial products or engineering solutions.
Pay: ₹25,109.47 - ₹30,344.92 per month
