Incumbent will be responsible for :
· Project Planning and Execution of Central Airconditioning/ HVAC projects at various locations
· Handling and leading a team of Site engineers and supervisors across 4-5 projects
· Timely Customer Invoicing including payment follow-ups to ensure positive cash flows on the project.
· Prepare Techno - Commercial Comparatives for Procurement.
· Conducting Weekly Progress Review Meetings
· Develop a Detailed Project Schedule and Resource Allocation Plan and monitoring of the same
· Ensuring Technical Submittals in line with Project specifications and obtaining timely approvals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
· Knowledge of various kinds of Centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems.
· Desirous to travel within India.
· Good Communication Skills.
· Must be a good Leader.
· Hands on experience of site execution is preferred.
· Physical Fitness
· Education B Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical)
