Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both accounting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day financial operations while ensuring smooth office administration, documentation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally / Zoho Books / Busy.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, vendor payments, and expense entries.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Support GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial information and resolve queries.
- Assist during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handle vendor coordination, purchase requests, and office expense tracking.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, and administrative files.
- Coordinate courier services, office supplies, and facility management activities.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support management with operational tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
- Support onboarding documentation and other HR-related administrative activities as required.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage both financial and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounts, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in a CA firm, professional services firm, or corporate office environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
