Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain Machine Inward: Purchase, Pull-out, Demo and Repair
Asset tracking of machine in & out from customer.
Maintain Machine Outward : Installation, Demo and Repair
Maintain machine wise Movement of each Machine with QR code
Stock Maintenance: Go down, CFA and Customer Site
Physical and System stock Reconciliation, Monthly Stock taking
Different types of MIS: Availability of Machine in Good condition New and Old, Repairable, Scrapped out Machine
Daily requirements of Machine as per Sales/ Service Team required data
Give requirement ` of Machine data to procurement variant wise, Location and branch wise
Pending Delivery Challan Acknowledgment
Pending Pull-out
Pending Installation
Mismatch or Missing Machine Data
Arrange Meeting with Service Team, Operation or Management etc. and update the escalation of Machine Stock
PO Preparation
Required Skills:
