Shivam Video is an AV solutions company specializing in creative LED setups, immersive visual experiences and content production for large-scale corporate and live events. With over three decades of industry presence, we deliver visually compelling experiences for brands and event agencies across India.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, client handling and business development within the events and AV industry. The intern will support the sales team in lead generation, client coordination and backend operations while learning the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
1.Client Acquisition & Support:
Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities across various sectors.
Support the team in reaching out to prospects via calls, emails and meetings.
Help in preparing and delivering basic sales presentations and proposals.
Learn and assist in showcasing AV equipment and services to clients.
2.Client Relationship Management:
Support in maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Assist in handling client queries and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Learn to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain and update client data in CRM or internal systems.
3.Order Processing & Coordination:
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals under supervision.
Support in order processing, including coordination with operations team.
Help in tracking deliveries, setup schedules and project timelines.
Learn basic invoicing processes using tools like Tally or Busy.
4.Sales Operations & Reporting:
Maintain sales records and update daily activity reports.
Assist in tracking leads, conversions and sales performance.
Support the team in analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
Contribute to research for new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing and client interaction.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn CRM and accounting tools like Tally or Busy.
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
