- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the showroom.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and inventory transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Monitor vehicle billing, stock accounting, and manufacturer incentive accounting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Supervise cash flow management and fund planning.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis reports for management.
- Monitor showroom expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
