POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Luxury Retail, Automobile Sales, Hospitality, or Direct Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
- Own vehicle preferred.
