Backend Developer – .NET Job Description We are looking for a Backend Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using the .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong server-side development experience, database knowledge, and exposure to AWS/cloud or production server environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET. Design and develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs. Build business logic and backend services based on functional requirements. Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases. Work with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and stored procedures. Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, JWT, and API security. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Develop background jobs and scheduled services where required. Identify and resolve application and production issues. Optimize API response time, database queries, and overall application performance. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and follow development standards. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams. Deploy and support applications in AWS or server environments. Monitor application health, logs, errors, and production performance.
