Looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help grow our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting them into long-term customers for our video production, advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients and arrange meetings.
- Present and pitch the company's services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and close business deals.
- Coordinate with the creative team for smooth project execution after client onboarding.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media company, or production house is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in meeting clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
