KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track AMC/CMC contracts, warranties, and service history
- Prepare quotations, service reports, and documentation
- Maintain daily/weekly reports using MS Excel
- Use Excel for basic reporting (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
- Coordinate with customers and service engineers
- Assign service jobs and follow up for completion
- Handle incoming customer calls and support service requests
- Ensure timely updates of service status in system/records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Any Graduate (preferred: Commerce / Admin / MBA)
- 0–2 years experience in coordination / operations / admin / customer support
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic Excel knowledge required (training can be provided)
- Willingness to learn service operations process
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
