We are looking for an experienced Erection & Commissioning Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of fermenters and associated process equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise erection and installation of fermenters and process equipment.
- Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and trial runs.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal Project, Design, QC, and Production teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and site safety requirements.
- Prepare site progress, commissioning, and handover reports.
- Provide basic training to customer personnel and support final handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant site experience.
- Experience with fermenters, bioreactors, or process equipment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of P&IDs, engineering drawings, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN India and overseas.
- Flexible to work extended hours during commissioning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
