About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Automation Support Specialists. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and are eager to build a career in HyperAutomation, RPA, and AI.
You will be trained to monitor, support, and troubleshoot automation solutions while working closely with experienced engineers on enterprise automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor automation workflows and ensure they are running successfully.
- Identify automation failures and report issues promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the development team.
- Monitor logs and validate automation outputs.
- Support deployment and testing of automation solutions.
- Assist in resolving client support tickets within defined timelines.
- Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
- Coordinate with developers and project teams to resolve production issues.
- Conduct routine health checks of automation processes.
- Learn and work with RPA, AI, APIs, and workflow automation technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and support activities.
- Continuously learn new tools and technologies in the automation domain.
Skills Required
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of any of the following will be an added advantage:
- Python
- SQL
- Power Automate
- Automation Anywhere
Eligibility
- BSc. IT, BSc. CS, MSc. IT, BCA
- 2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred.
- Internship or academic projects in automation, software development, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
