Jital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager with strong experience in the Food / Feed Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall operations, ensuring smooth business processes, improving operational efficiency, managing teams, and achieving organizational targets.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant/operations management, manpower handling and cross-functional team management within the Food or Feed industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the organization/plant.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of operational activities.
- Plan and monitor operational requirements.
- Manage and supervise teams.
- Set operational targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, manpower, machinery, and other resources.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Sales, HR, and Management teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Handle manpower planning, shift management, team allocation, and employee productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational/MIS reports.
- Track key operational KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Ensure proper coordination and consistency of operations across Dhar and Bhopal locations, as required.
- Support management in implementing new processes, systems, and operational strategies.
- Maintain a disciplined, productive, and safe working environment.
Required Industry Experience
Mandatory: Candidates must have relevant experience in the Food / Feed Manufacturing Industry.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in:
- Food manufacturing/processing companies
- Animal feed / cattle feed / poultry feed manufacturing
- Dairy or food processing plants
- Agri-food processing businesses
- Similar manufacturing organizations with large-scale operations

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM or relevant technical qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 7–10 years of overall experience in Operations/Plant/Production Management.
- Relevant experience in the Food or Feed Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience handling plant operations, production teams, multiple departments, and large manpower strength will be preferred.
