Teacher – Remote | Work From Home
Position: Online Teacher
Work Mode: Work From Home
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month-Fixed salary
Students: USA-Based Kids
Working Hours
Candidates must be available for both shifts:
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM — approximately 2 hours of actual work
- Evening Shift: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM — approximately 3–4 hours of actual work
- Maximum Working Hours: Up to 6 hours per day
- Both time slots are mandatory.
- Working hours may vary slightly depending on batch schedules and business requirements.
- Weekly Off: One weekday off will be provided.
About the Role
Bacchapanti conducts brain development and skill enhancement classes for children through fun, engaging, and interactive learning methods.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and child-friendly teachers who can conduct online sessions for USA-based kids and help develop their logical thinking, creativity, focus, memory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online brain development sessions for children.
- Teach through fun activities, games, puzzles, and interactive exercises.
- Encourage students to participate actively during online classes.
- Help children improve their focus, memory, creativity, communication, and logical thinking.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and friendly virtual classroom environment.
- Communicate confidently and effectively in English.
- Manage online classes professionally and ensure students remain engaged.
- Follow the assigned batch schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Provide a comfortable and engaging learning experience for international students.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable teaching and interacting with children.
- Comfortable communicating with USA-based students.
- Must be available during both mandatory time slots: 12 PM–3 PM and 7 PM–12 AM.
- Laptop/Desktop is compulsory.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
- Quiet and professional work setup at home.
