- Conduct research to develop new products, processes, or technologies
- Design, prototype, and test concepts to validate performance and feasibility
- Analyze experimental data and document results, findings, and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, marketing, etc.)
- Improve existing products through innovation and optimization
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations
- Support product transfer from R&D to production
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
