1. Asset Lifecycle Management
1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EUC assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
2. Ensure proper processes for procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal.
3. Track asset status from onboarding to decommissioning.
2. Asset Inventory & Tracking
1. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset inventory using asset management tool (Service Now)
2. Ensure assets are correctly tagged, mapped to users, locations, and cost centers.
3. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and conduct periodic audits.
3. Compliance & Governance
1. Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Enforce standards for approved hardware, configurations, and software.
3. Support internal and external audits by providing asset reports and evidence.
4. Security & Risk Management
1. Work closely with security teams to mitigate risks related to lost, stolen, or non-compliant devices.
2. Support incident response by providing asset ownership and device details.
6. Vendor & Procurement Coordination
1. Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors for asset ordering and returns.
2. Track SLAs, warranties, and support entitlements.
7. User & Stakeholder Coordination
1. Act as a point of contact for EUC asset-related queries from users and business teams.
2. Coordinate with IT support, workplace services, HR, and onboarding/offboarding teams.
3. Support user moves, adds, and changes (MACD activities).
8. Reporting & Metrics
1. Provide regular reports on asset utilization, aging, compliance, and costs.
