Before Starting Duty
Report to the outlet on time and wear the complete company uniform.
Maintain proper personal hygiene and grooming.
Check the delivery vehicle/bike, fuel, brakes, tyres, lights, and delivery bag.
Ensure the delivery bag is clean, dry, and properly sanitized.
Check that the mobile phone has sufficient battery and internet/data.
Carry all required documents, driving licence, and vehicle papers.
2. Receiving the Order
Collect the correct order from the packing counter.
Check the order number, customer name, items, quantity, and special instructions.
Ensure the food is properly packed and sealed.
Check that required cutlery, tissues, sauces, and other accessories are included.
Do not open or tamper with the customer's package.
3. During Delivery
Accept the delivery assignment promptly.
Follow the shortest and safest route using GPS.
Obey all traffic rules and speed limits.
Do not use a mobile phone while riding.
Handle the food carefully to prevent leakage or damage.
Maintain the food at the required temperature as far as practicable.
Do not make unnecessary stops or delays.
4. At Customer's Location
Park the vehicle safely and approach the customer politely.
Greet the customer professionally.
Confirm the order before handing it over.
Collect payment only when the order is marked as Cash on Delivery.
Provide the correct change, if applicable.
Obtain delivery confirmation/OTP/signature as required.
Thank the customer after completing the delivery.
5. Customer Service
Always communicate politely and respectfully.
Never argue with or misbehave with a customer.
Do not make inappropriate comments or ask for personal information.
If there is a complaint, remain calm and immediately inform the supervisor.
Do not promise refunds, discounts, or replacements without authorization.
6. Cash Handling
Collect only the amount shown in the delivery system.
Keep company cash separate from personal money.
Maintain proper records of all cash collections.
Submit collected cash to the authorized person at the end of the shift.
Any shortage or discrepancy must be reported immediately.
7. In Case of Delay or Problem
Inform the supervisor immediately in case of an accident, vehicle breakdown, wrong address, customer issue, or significant delay.
Do not cancel or mark an order as delivered without authorization.
For an incorrect or missing item, contact the outlet before taking any action.
8. End of Shift
Return to the outlet after completing assigned deliveries.
Submit all collected cash and required delivery records.
Report pending orders, complaints, accidents, or other issues.
Clean and sanitize the delivery bag.
Park the vehicle at the designated location.
Report any vehicle or equipment damage to the supervisor.
9. Prohibited Activities
No consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances while on duty.
No rash or dangerous driving.
No unauthorized handling or opening of customer orders.
No misuse of company property.
No sharing of customer information or contact details.
No unauthorized absence or leaving the assigned delivery area without informing the supervisor.
10. Key Performance Standards
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
