Experience Required: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT and non-IT requirements.
- Handle procurement of IT hardware, software/applications, licenses, office equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers based on business requirements.
- Conduct vendor negotiations to achieve cost optimization and favourable commercial terms.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for requirement gathering, approvals, and procurement planning.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, documentation standards, and approval workflows.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
- Track procurement timelines and ensure smooth execution of procurement cycles.
- Assist in contract management and renewal processes.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and commercial terms.
- Knowledge of IT procurement including hardware, software, licenses, and applications.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Candidates having hands-on experience with procurement tools, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Zoho, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, Vendor Management Systems (VMS) will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking/reporting.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
