Job Title: Marketing Manager (Education & Study Abroad)
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the education industry or a study abroad consultancy and possess excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills. This role requires a proactive go-getter who enjoys meeting people, building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student admissions and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through collaborations, institutional tie-ups, and referral networks.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional programmes at educational institutions and other venues.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and brand activation activities.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Travel extensively for business meetings, institutional visits, and partnership development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to recommend effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of marketing/business development experience in the education industry or study abroad consultancy.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Experience in conducting seminars, orientation programmes, workshops, and promotional events.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
