About the Role :-
looking for a meticulous, process-driven Backend Operations Executive to join our team. You will be the operational engine behind our global shipments, responsible for the seamless "Paper-toPortal" flow of documentation. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of customs processes, and a passion for operational accuracy, we want to hear from you.
Core Technical Responsibilities :-
- Documentation Excellence: Handle pre-alerts for overseas agents, process Bills of Lading (BL/AWB), and perform rigorous verification of commercial invoices and packing lists (HSN accuracy and value consistency).
- Customs & Portal Mastery: Execute flawless filings on ICEGATE/eSanchit. You will verify checklists for Bills of Entry (BOE) and Shipping Bills (SB) to ensure zero clerical errors before final submission.
- Shipment Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor IGM/EGM statuses in real-time and coordinate with Shipping Lines, Airlines, and Transporters to secure Delivery Orders (DO) and Gate Passes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary update point for clients via daily status reports (DSR). Draft professional, clear correspondence with international agents to resolve shipment discrepancies proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Backend/Operations department of a reputed Logistics or CHA firm.
- Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or BA).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced Excel ( VLOOKUP , Pivot Tables).
- o Familiarity with Logistics ERP systems (e.g., CargoWise, Softlink).
- Expertise in navigating ICEGATE, DGFT, and various carrier track-and-trace portals.
- Compliance Knowledge: Working understanding of Incoterms 2020 and the Customs Act.
- Professional Attributes: Exceptional coordination skills, high attention to detail, and the patience required to navigate government portal workflows.

- Confidentiality: Adherence to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding client lists and company margins is mandatory.
- Preference: Candidates residing near Okhla/South Delhi are preferred. We value candidates who demonstrate long-term stability and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
