Role Overview:
Kommon School is looking for a proactive, organized, and ownership-driven B2B Operations Executive to manage institutional relationships and ensure the successful execution of our programs across colleges and universities.
As a B2B Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing institutional accounts, conducting meetings and product demonstrations, coordinating with college stakeholders, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations for partner institutions and working with the Business Development team for the pre-sales efforts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for colleges, working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience and build long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing operations, and taking ownership of institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Institutional Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, and institutional stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions.
- Coordinate with placement cells, faculty members, training departments, and teams.
- Ensure timely communication and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Foster long-term relationships to ensure institutional satisfaction and engagement.
2. College Meetings & Product Demonstrations
- Assist the Business Development team in pre-sales efforts for scheduling the meetings.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with college authorities and institutional decision-makers.
- Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations of the Kommon School platform.
- Explain platform features, implementation process, and benefits to stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from institutions and share actionable insights with internal teams.
3. Account & Program Operations
- Manage end-to-end operations for institutional accounts after onboarding.
- Coordinate successful implementation and execution of training programs within colleges.
- Ensure smooth scheduling, onboarding, and operational support.
- Monitor program progress and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Track account health, engagement, and overall institutional success.
4. Institutional Account Management
- Support onboarding of new institutional partners.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, activities, and account updates using CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand engagement within existing institutions.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Share market insights, institutional feedback, and operational improvement suggestions.
- Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing client relationships and operational workflows.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
