Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
- Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Promote add-on sales (accessories, extended warranty, insurance, etc.)
Store Operations
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
- Maintain stock accuracy and assist in stock counts
- Support billing and cash counter activities when required
- Keep the store clean and well-organized
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer trust
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when required
- Ensure proper follow-up for exchanges or service-related queries
Compliance & Discipline
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and attendance norms
- Ensure POSH, safety, and company compliance
- Maintain professional behavior and grooming standards
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English/Hindi preferred)
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
