The Role
Gini Advanced Care Hospital is looking for an experienced Critical Care / ICU Physician to help lead and strengthen our ICU and acute-care services.
We are an NABH-accredited multi-specialty hospital in Mohali with a fully operational ICU, IPD, OT, 24/7 diagnostics and pharmacy, supported by experienced physicians and specialists.
We are now expanding our critical-care and inpatient program and are looking for a doctor who can confidently manage complex and acutely ill patients while working closely with referring physicians and specialists across the Tricity.
Who We Are Looking For
We are open to:
- Critical Care Medicine specialists
- Anaesthesiologists with strong ICU and critical-care experience
- Physicians with recognized critical-care training and substantial experience managing ICU patients
The right candidate should be comfortable managing:
- Critically ill medical and post-operative patients
- Ventilated patients and respiratory failure
- Sepsis and septic shock
- Hemodynamic instability and vasopressor support
- Acute metabolic and endocrine emergencies
- Complex elderly and multi-morbidity patients
- Emergency stabilization and escalation of care
What You Will Do
- Help lead the clinical management of ICU patients
- Strengthen 24/7 ICU admission and escalation protocols
- Coordinate care with physicians, surgeons and visiting specialists
- Communicate effectively with referring doctors and families
- Help build strong clinical confidence among physicians referring complex patients to Gini
- Develop ICU protocols, quality standards and clinical pathways with the hospital team
- Participate in the growth of Gini's critical-care and inpatient services
