Role Description
Robolabs AI is looking for a proactive intern with excellent communication skills to manage our initial client outreach and lead pipeline. We operate on the philosophy of 'solving tomorrow’s problem today', and we need an individual who can match this fast-paced, forward-thinking approach.
- Employment Type: Full-time Internship
- Schedule: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Remote (Delhi NCR candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Telecalling: Conducting cold calls to identified prospects for lead generation and market outreach.
- Inbound Telecalling: Ensuring instant engagement with prospective client queries by initiating callbacks as soon as they are received.
- Lead Routing: Acting as the professional first point of contact to gather requirements and directing qualified leads to the Robolabs AI Technical Team.
- Call Documentation: Maintaining logs and audio recordings of all interactions for daily reporting and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in other regional Indian languages is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to articulate value clearly and concisely.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Urgency: A proactive mindset focused on 'zero-delay' responses.
- Setup: A reliable remote workspace with the capability to record and share daily call logs.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
