Role and Company Overview:
LEDFlex, a pioneer in linear LED luminaires, has been designing, developing, and manufacturing innovative linear LED lighting solutions for over 10 years, with a strong focus on performance, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Our products illuminate everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks, combining functionality with refined design.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, have experience in a similar role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will be located in Hyderabad, India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Raising quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for the estimation process, including product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
- Manage and maintain client databases.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide product information, answer queries and resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate internally important feedback.
- Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product line.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 to 3 Years experience in Estimations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
- Being proactive and flexible.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional manner.
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
- Organised, focused and meticulous approach to work with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English.
