Job Title: Telecaller – Home Loans & Personal Loans

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to Home Loans and Personal Loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products (Home Loans & Personal Loans)
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about loan schemes
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
- Maintain a database of calls, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for documentation and loan processing
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of banking/finance products (preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Qualification:
- Minimum: PUC / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply (experience in telecalling or finance sector preferred)
Experience:
- 0–2 years in telecalling / sales / loan processing
Salary:
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance)
Working Hours:
- 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
- [6 Days Working / Sunday Off]
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
