Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Nurse to join our aesthetics clinic. The candidate will be responsible for assisting doctors and aesthetic practitioners during consultations and procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients.
The ideal candidate should have a nursing background with experience or strong interest in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, hair care, or skin care.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners during consultations and aesthetic procedures.
· Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and required clinical supplies before procedures.
· Ensure proper sterilization, infection-control, and hygiene protocols are followed.
· Assist with pre-procedure and post-procedure client care.
· Record and monitor client vital signs when required.
· Maintain accurate and confidential patient/client records.
· Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to clients as directed by the doctor.
· Monitor clients during and after procedures and immediately report any concerns or adverse reactions to the doctor.
· Handle clinical equipment safely and responsibly.
· Maintain proper stock of medicines, consumables, equipment, and other clinical supplies.
· Check expiry dates and maintain appropriate storage of clinical products.
· Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste according to applicable protocols.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and clinical areas.
· Coordinate with the front-office and operations teams to ensure smooth client flow.
· Support doctors in maintaining proper treatment documentation and records.
· Follow clinic SOPs, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
· Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with all clients.
· Provide a welcoming, reassuring, and professional experience to clients throughout their visit.
Qualifications
· B.Sc Nursing / GNM or relevant recognized nursing qualification.
· Valid registration with the applicable nursing council, as required.
· 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
· Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, hair transplant, skin care, or cosmetic clinics will be an added advantage.
· Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and interest in the aesthetics industry may also be considered, depending on the role requirements.

Salary: ₹15,000/- to 25000/- + Incentives,
