We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT Staffing and IT Services sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth across staffing and technology service offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and IT services.
- Generate business through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and references.
- Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
IT Staffing Sales
- Handle end-to-end business development for:
- Contract Staffing
- Permanent Staffing
- C2C/W2 hiring
- RPO hiring
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, MSA, SOW, and vendor agreements.
IT Services Sales
- Promote IT services including:
- Software Development
- Cloud Services
- AI/ML Solutions
- DevOps
- ERP/CRM Solutions
- Data Engineering
- Digital Transformation
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions and proposals.
Client & Account Management
- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth delivery.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
- Build sales pipelines through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and references.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Staffing and IT Services sales.
- Experience in contract staffing and permanent staffing.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, ERP, Data Engineering, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with client acquisition and account management.
- Ability to work with recruitment and delivery teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with direct clients/system integrators.
- Experience in US/India/APAC recruitment markets.
- Understanding of MSP/VMS models.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Existing client network is an advantage.
Experience
- 3–10+ years of experience in Business Development for IT Staffing/IT Services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
