Ideas Engineering Works are seeking a Pet Bottle Blowing Machine Technician to join the team. The individual will be responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, quality of the machine and supervision of the same.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture install commission and adjust machine settings for production runs.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Record and report any issues or defects found in products.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Class 10 diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification in machine operation or manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating blow moulding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Experience with types of Blow moulding, Injection moulding, PET processing machines preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Benefits : PF, ESIC, TA, Increment(2 - 15%) based on performance.
