Manage the front desk and ensure smooth daily reception operations.
Maintain the visitor register and update the client database accurately.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with the team to schedule client meetings and site visits.
Provide basic information about ongoing real estate projects to walk-in clients.
Assist clients with initial queries and guide them to the concerned executive.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Manage brochures, marketing materials, and ensure they are available for visitors.
Support the sales and administrative team with basic coordination tasks when required
