Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to lead and manage the customer support team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily customer support operations
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues across calls, emails, and chats
- Lead and mentor the customer support team to achieve service goals
- Develop customer service policies and standard operating procedures
- Monitor team performance and maintain service quality standards
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and process improvements
- Prepare customer service reports, feedback analysis, and MIS reports
- Improve customer experience and retention strategies
- Train team members on communication and customer handling skills
