About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our presence across CBSE and ICSE schools in Thrissur and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should possess strong connections within the school ecosystem and be capable of building long-term institutional partnerships.
This is a field-focused role involving direct interaction with school principals, management teams, coordinators, and academic decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with CBSE and ICSE schools
- Schedule and conduct meetings with school leadership teams
- Present and demonstrate academic products and solutions
- Build long-term institutional relationships
- Generate leads through networking and referrals
- Drive institutional sales closures
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation support
- Maintain regular follow-ups with schools
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company at educational events and school forums
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in education sales / institutional sales
- Existing network with schools in Thrissur and nearby districts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment
- Malayalam and English proficiency
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel
- CRM and basic reporting discipline preferred
