We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our software and digital marketing team as an HR . This role entails overseeing various aspects of human resources and office management, including but not limited to employee management, recruitment processes, office assessment, and documentation for projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of human resources, including employee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage PF & ESI registrations, monthly compliance, contributions, and employee records in accordance with statutory regulations.
Conduct regular assessments of office operations and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment for employees.
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling correspondence.
Manage other office work activities
