Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload component reels in SMT machine feeders as per the production program.
- Verify component part numbers, values, quantities, and feeder locations before loading.
- Ensure correct feeder setup according to the BOM and machine setup sheet.
- Check component polarity and orientation where applicable.
- Maintain proper identification and traceability of components.
- Support SMT machine operators during line setup and changeovers.
- Replenish components during production to avoid machine stoppage.
- Handle ESD-sensitive components and follow ESD safety procedures.
- Inspect feeders and report damaged or malfunctioning feeders to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the feeder-loading area.
- Follow production, quality, ESD, and safety procedures.
- Record material consumption and return unused components according to company procedures.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SMT components and electronic parts.
- Ability to read part numbers, BOMs, and feeder setup sheets.
- Good attention to detail to prevent wrong-component loading.
- Basic computer/data-entry skills.
- Knowledge of ESD and 5S practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
