*About the Role:*
We are seeking a dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide individualized support to a child with special needs. Candidates from Psychology or Special Education background are preferred.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Support the child academically, socially, and behaviorally
- Work closely with parents and school staff
- Follow and implement IEP/behavior plans
- Send daily updates and maintain progress records
*Requirements:*
- Qualification: B.A/B.Sc Psychology, http://B.Ed Special Education, Diploma in CBR/Special Ed
- Freshers with relevant internship/training can apply
- Experienced candidates preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English/Hindi/Telugu preferred
*Salary:* 20,000/- per month
