Preferred Experience: Sr. GRE / Floor Manager experience in hospitality, hotels, airlines, beauty industries
Qualification:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Diploma in Airline/Aviation Management preferred.
- Preferred Age: 20–30 years
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Team Management
- Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team of 15+ staff members.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and professional conduct.
- Ensure team members consistently follow the organization’s service standards and operational guidelines.
VIP & Customer Handling
- Excellent customer-handling skills, particularly with VIP and premium customers.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and luxury service experience.
Floor Operations
- Manage and monitor daily floor operations and activities.
- Coordinate customer appointments, waiting times, and overall service flow.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management, service staff, and customers.
- Assist VIP customers with billing and payment-related requirements.
- Address and coordinate parking-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor the floor throughout the day and proactively resolve operational issues.
Grooming & Personality
- Excellent personal grooming and a strong professional appearance.
- Confident body language with a positive and approachable personality.
- Strong understanding of and alignment with a luxury service attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
