Job Profile Summary: Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support customizations and integrations across a multi-instance D365 F&O environment. This role supports implementation, stabilization, and transition to BAU by delivering high-quality application development, environment readiness, and integration support across global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, configure, and support custom D365 F&O applications, extensions, and integrations based on business and technical requirements
- Perform coding, unit testing, defect resolution, deployments, and implementation support following established standards and DevOps practices
- Support Azure-based integrations, APIs, data migration, and workflow automation across Dynamics and external systems
- Validate and support development, test, QA, staging, and production-aligned environments, including release readiness and operational stability
- Provide impact analysis, recommend technical improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement across development and support processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members as needed
Must-Have Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including X++ development, customizations, extensions, AOT, classes, and forms
- Experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications and integrations
- Experience with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps and API Management for connecting Dynamics with external systems
- Experience with Data Management Framework, APIs, OData, and data migration/integration approaches
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release/deployment processes
- Ability to support and validate pre-production environments and contribute to operational readiness
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, or broader Azure platform services
- Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Azure, or solution architecture
- Experience supporting multi-region, multi-instance D365 environments and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management, release planning, upgrades, and support processes
Pay: ₹577,274.38 - ₹2,044,780.82 per year
