Job Location: Chennai / Pozhichalur
Industry: HVAC / Engineering & Construction / Manufacturing (MSME)
Role & Responsibilities
For Engineers & Non-Engineers:
Vendor sourcing and vendor relationship management
Handling RFQs and vendor coordination
Price negotiation and cost optimization
Costing, estimation, and budgeting
Preparation of technical and commercial offers
Tendering activities including pre-bid and bid support
Supporting the Sales team in business development
Ensuring timely submission of quotations and tenders
Compliance with all tender terms and conditions
For Engineers with Design Knowledge:
Design and engineering support for HVAC systems
Site survey and requirement analysis
Preparation of technical specifications and system layouts
Budgeting and cost estimation for projects
Technical support to Sales team and factory
Nature of Business
Turnkey execution of centralized HVAC systems, including high-side & low-side systems, chillers & chilled water systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, air washers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, etc.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong analytical and arithmetic skills
Experience in Purchase / Costing / Estimation
Good negotiation and communication skills
Strong vendor network in industrial / engineering / construction products
Knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and government projects (preferred)
Design knowledge (preferred for engineers)
Self-driven and proactive
