In your role as a CRM Specialist, you have a dynamic position that encompasses multiple facets of client relationship marketing. Your expertise lies in understanding the core principles of CRM and establishing strong connections with key stakeholders. Your main responsibilities involve implementing impactful initiatives and programs, as well as measuring and reporting their effectiveness. While you may manage your own accounts with guidance from senior colleagues, you also collaborate with senior CRM leads at their respective accounts.

- May lead 1-2 light accounts, coached and guided by senior colleagues. This
may also include supporting a cluster of accounts as part of our “dynamic”

- Collaborates with the industry captain and team members to streamline
processes, drive innovation, and enhance efficiency.
- Assumes a champion or expert role on a specific topic or area.
