Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, take care of B2B & B2C operations and driving company growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate sales for the products, merchandise, and bulk techwear apparel.
- Manage retail and wholesale orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients and customer.
- Take care of the new installed stalls and inventory.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch products to potential B2B clients.
- Maintain order tracking, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
- Attend exhibitions or industry meets when required.
Requirements:
- Fresher to Min 1 year experience
- Language : Kannada is must
- Diploma/master's degree in MBA/PGDM
- Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate/wholesale apparel supply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
- Interest or understanding of functional/technical clothing is a plus.
