- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to design long-term business and financial strategies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee rolling monthly/quarterly financial forecasts.

Business Performance & Profitability Analysis
- Revenue & Cost Optimization: Monitor revenue streams and deep-dive into cost structures to maximize margins.
- Profitability Mapping: Analyze profitability by product, department, or business unit to guide resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Convert complex financial metrics into commercial growth opportunities. [1]
MIS Reporting & Cash Management
- MIS Reporting: Design, build, and present comprehensive monthly management reports to executive stakeholders.
- Liquidity Management: Manage comprehensive cash flow and fund flow analysis to ensure optimal working capital.
- Treasury Oversight: Monitor institutional funds to predict short-term and long-term liquidity requirements. [1, 2, 3]
Internal Controls & Governance
- Setting Up Controls: Establish, implement, and audit robust internal financial controls to mitigate risk.
- Process Automation: Standardize operational workflows to improve data accuracy and reporting speed.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes align with statutory laws and corporate governance codes. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Semi-Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) is a mandatory requirement.
- Articleship: Must have successfully completed 3 years of mandatory articleship training.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-articleship experience in business finance or corporate financial planning.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling skills, advanced MS Excel expertise, and experience with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) or BI tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into clear executive summaries. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
