Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Handle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across various functions and experience levels.

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define hiring strategies, and ensure timely recruitment.

Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills, behavioural competencies, and cultural fit.

Utilize recruitment metrics and talent analytics to monitor hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Assess candidates based on career progression, potential, and long-term organisational fit through effective career mapping techniques.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring process.

Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring insights for management review.

Support employer branding initiatives and continuously enhance recruitment processes to strengthen the organisation's talent acquisition capability.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and advanced sourcing platforms is preferred.

Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, talent intelligence, and workforce planning.

Knowledge of career mapping and candidate potential assessment.
