Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate between departments, support HR activities, and ensure smooth office functioning. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills to support overall organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
- Handle day-to-day office administration and maintain organized office operations.
- Maintain company records, documents, agreements, and administrative files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, office discipline, and staff coordination.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and administrative systems.
Team & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design, sales, site, purchase, accounts, and management teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up regarding ongoing projects and operational activities.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal coordination activities.
- Monitor pending tasks and provide updates to management.
HR Activities
- Handle recruitment and hiring of blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Maintain employee records and support onboarding activities.
- Prepare attendance and payroll details for month-end salary processing.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities with the accounts department.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative and employee records.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and operational updates.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in administration, operations, or HR coordination preferred.
- Experience in interior design, construction, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of payroll and recruitment processes
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
