- Run the Line: Supervise daily food prep and line operations to ensure prompt and accurate service.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen meeting the establishment's standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, manage deliveries, and order necessary food supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Compliance: Enforce strict food hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines (such as HACCP) across all stations.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
