Department: E-Commerce & Digital Growth
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and drive the online sales strategy, website performance, marketplace operations, customer experience, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations while ensuring revenue growth, operational efficiency, and a seamless customer journey across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers for updates and improvements.
- Maintain a seamless online shopping experience.
2. Website Management & Optimization
- Oversee website content, product pages, and category management.
- Improve conversion rates through continuous optimization.
- Monitor website performance, speed, and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.
3. Marketplace Management
- Manage brand presence on marketplaces such as:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Ajio
- Coordinate product uploads, promotions, inventory, and pricing.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales growth.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase online revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales trends.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
5. Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams on:
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Email marketing
- Social media promotions
- Influencer collaborations
- Track campaign performance and ROI.
6. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer issues.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Revenue
- Conversion Rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return Rate
- Customer Retention
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights for growth.
8. Customer Experience Management
- Improve customer journey and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and reviews.
- Implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
