Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for CCTV, Surveillance Systems, and IT Hardware products
- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and government/private projects
- Lead tender business activities and coordinate bid submissions
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned zone
- Manage customer relationships and team performance
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in CCTV, Security Solutions, IT Hardware, or Networking Sales
- Knowledge of Government Tenders, GEM Portal, and Enterprise Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone
