Job Summary
The Process Excellence Analyst identifies, analyzes, and improves key business processes, streamlines workflows, and boosts efficiency. This Analyst works closely with the Lead to apply data-driven insights and lean methodologies to optimize processes, contribute to improvement plans, and track progress. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Essential Job Functions:
Process Analysis and Optimization - Assist the Lead in identifying and prioritizing processes for improvement. Conduct comprehensive process mapping and analysis, including data collection and documentation. Apply lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to pinpoint bottlenecks, waste, and optimization opportunities. Develop and implement improvement plans, including process redesign, automation, and standardization initiatives. Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and present findings to the Lead accordingly.
Documentation and Collaboration - Assist with the development and maintenance of process documentation and improvement tracking systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather input and implement process changes.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field of study.
2+ years of experience working in process analysis, data analysis, or similar.
